The Sustainable Network Project was born with a clear purpose: to strengthen family farming organizations in Dom Eliseu (PA) and create bridges between producers and buyers — connecting producers, markets, and public policies to expand commercialization in a structured and sustainable way.

Our focus is on generating income, regenerating the territory, and building a fairer economy — from the inside out, with those who live in the territory. To this end, we structured the project around four Transformation Axes:

1. Strategic Diagnosis, mapping producers, supply chains, and marketing opportunities;

2. Market Capacity Building, training 250 farmers and leaders — 50% women and young people — in management and market access;

3. Alliances that Generate Results, connecting associations and cooperatives to institutional and private markets and creating new marketing channels;

4. Impact and Legacy, with measurement of results and sharing of learnings for replication.

Across the board, the project prioritizes products with low environmental impact, fosters strategic supply chains in the region, strengthens local organizations, and promotes the inclusion of young people and women as protagonists of territorial transformation.

The project is implemented by the Instituto Fronteiras do Desenvolvimento and carried out in conjunction with the Plataforma Parceiros pela Amazônia (PPA), with strategic partnerships from Suzano, Alliance Biodiversity & CIAT, who join forces to expand the reach and effectiveness of actions in the territory.
